McDaniel House in Medon, TN
This was the home of Nancy's father, Griff McDaniel. Part of the house was built in the 1800s with slave labor. I remember it as the home of Aunt Sadie, who was a sister of Nancy's dad. (This picture was taken in 2009 by Byron and Amy when they were passing through the area.)

June, 2010 - Fort Mitchell, KY
We had a mini-family reunion with Nancy's cousin and her family who live in the Fort Mitchell area. Nancy's sister Tommye and her husband Phillip came up from Chattanooga and join us for supper at the Greyhound Tavern in Fort Mitchell.

Nancy's cousin is Magda McLeod (who is in her 80's). Magda's daughter Anita Barnes and her daughter Lacy and her husband and two children rounded out this multi-generation reunion.
